Denise brings a compassionate, nurturing feel to her classes, creating and holding a safe space for her students to experience deep and profound awakenings. She teaches group classes at Evolutions Body Clinic, Prana Studio and Ridgley Retreat. She is also available to private clients for individual lessons.

Vinyasa Hatha yoga is based on classic Hatha yoga with Iyengar influences. Classes are fun and uplifting while developing strength, endurance and are very cleansing. Music and an upbeat, encouraging atmosphere make the entire experience one of learning while going deep into the physical and mental bodies. A strong emphasis is on the linking of the body, mind and spirit through controlled breathing and posture alignment with deep relaxation following the session.
